What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us notice 12 hours before your session or group class. A late cancellation will result in losing a class from your class pack, a 100% charge for your 1:1 session, OR a nonrefundable charge for your group class fee. If you are late to your 1:1 session or class, it is not the responsibility of your trainer, MK, to run a session or class longer. Each late cancellation/no-show will be thoughtfully considered on a case-by-case basis as we do understand emergencies and sickness can happen on a whim.

Are there any amenities at your gym?

At HIIT, we supply fresh sweat towels, deodorant, and hair ties. Given you are steps away from our home, we do have a bathroom located on the lower level of the house that is able to be accessed by clients if needed. We can easily refill water bottles or supply water cups in the event you forget to bring water with you.

Where do I park?

We have space for about two to four cars in our driveway. Given the nature of the road we are located on, it is safe to park your vehicle in the street as there is not much traffic.

what should I bring with me?

Please bring clean and dry shoes (especially in the winter or if it is wet outside) as well as a water bottle.
