1:1 Personal Training
Appointment only:
1:1 personal training is available to members of the gym on a first come, first serve basis. Personal training is offered Monday through Friday (see times below). Each session is $60.00 with an option to book 5 sessions for $270.00. Pro Tip: Book in advance to stay consistent with your sessions! You have 10 days to book a 1:1 session after purchasing a session and 90 days to book 5 sessions if you are buying them in bulk.
